The Universe Company was founded in 1971 and has seen steady, controlled growth for the past 33 years. We are a refrigerated carrier, and operate out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Our primary areas of operation are to the South, Southeast, Midwest, and East Coast. Occasionally we run to New York City which is done on a no force basis. As of 5/25/05 we are paying an extra $150 to $200 bonus to run the East Coast from Maine to Virginia.

Our average driver, including new hires, has nearly 6 years with the Company, with several 12, 18, or even 23 year veterans included. We have had quite a few drivers retire after driving for the Company for 10 years or more. Our staff has, on the average, 15 years with the Company. We are a family owned and operated Company, and we care.

Customer service with 100% satisfaction is our primary goal, and we work hard to accomplish this. We have the best equipment, the best drivers, and the best maintenance program in an effort to help each other work toward complete customer satisfaction. We are a team that is unequaled in effort and dedication.

Our average driver made $53,234 in 2005 (Top driver earned $61,192) and spent over 100 days at home!
